A Harp on Wight Festival Event
This is a classical music concert which has become a regular feature of the festival. It provides a performance opportunity for the winner and runner-up in the Camac Competition - an annual competition open to leading young international harpists who have achieved Conservatoire standard.
The winner of this years competition was Milo Harper from the UK who is currently studying harp at the Royal Academy, together with the runner-up in the competition Nicolette Chin from Singapore.
Nicolette was also the runner-up last year, and festival officials are delighted that she will be able to return to Ryde after impressing at the festival last October.
